Hi All, new android auto user here. Ok so I love the idea, it's all working apart from the fact I can't really get satisfactory music listening (and it's mostly a stereo!).
I have - Amazon Prime Music (not full).
I've been using this with my echo, and it's fantastic, while its not upto the full amazon music, google music, or spotify, it is a free add on, and I find it has 95% of the music I ever want to play.
However on android auto it doesn't seem to work at all as well as on the echo. I try an easy one like "play elton john on amazon music" it recognises elton john then plays fleetwood mack.
I find a song on my phones amazon music app I can play on the phone, with a simple name (black eyes peas xyz), I tell android auto the name, artist, and amazon music and it shows "nothing found". However if I start the song playing on my phone first, it will pick up and play on android auto.
What the heck is going on. The song is in the amazon prime database, the command is recognised, but the result is total rubbish. Is this how it works for everyone?
thanks
