(Android Auto) Incompatible phone This phone can't run Android Auto

[AC Question]

Two phones different vendors one at Android 5.0 the other at 5.1 same message.
So far only listing says caused by low memory or missing video codec. Don't think so not on both phones. Anybody have any ideas.
