Hello guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure whether this topic/issue has ever been brought up in the past.
I recently switched to Android and found out that Android Auto forces the playback through the Head Unit Bluetooth in my car.
I have upgraded audio in my car where previously on Carplay I connect it to Carplay and changed the playback output through the DSP (Digital Sound Processor) for maximum quality.
This resulted in I can't control the volume via my steering wheel so I have to control it through my phone, but I have far better sound quality.
Whereas in AA, I have tried to set the audio playback trough DSP on my phone, but I can still control the volume via steering wheel, and it's like the DSP is not working so I have far worse sound quality.
Anyone experienced this before?
