Android box fails multiple times when restarted

Hi,

I have a Android Box which works perfectly as long as its at steady state. The moment I switch it off and then restart it - the android 4 colors appears and it starts it boot process but then the boot fails and it starts again (with the 4 color dots). This happens multiple times (keeps going for almost half an hour) until one time, it boots without restarting and then comes to the home screen (steady state).

After the steady state - the box works perfectly fine.

I am not sure if I am able to explain this properly but let me know if I should post a video of what's happening.

Any clues to fix this?

I don't know if you can (it depends on the make and model), but the normal "fix" is to reflash the ROM. You'd have to get the information (and the files) for doing that from the manufacturer's site (if they supply them).

You'll lose your settings and anything you've installed, so be ready to restore everything.
