Android box stuck on logo

[Android Central Question]

I have X96Q android box. I have got a new one but now it is not moving beyond X96Q logo. Tell me any solution. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's new, then I'd contact the seller or manufacturer and ask for a replacement.
