android.com.phone stopped working

I rooted my LG L70 MS323 phone and then deleted some of the LG and metropcs apps but now i get an error "unfortunately android.com.phone stopped working"

I cannot add or see anybody in my contacts list :-(

can someone upload the original LG and metropcs apps apk and odex files, I can try reinstalling them and see if this issue goes away. thanks in advance

yes i tried clearing the phone app, Also did a factory reset but still the problem exists. if someone can upload the LG and metropcs apk and odex files I can try reinstalling them and see if the problem goes away

Can you remember exactly which pre-installed system apps you deleted?

If your rooted, use a root file manager and look in /system/app and /system/apps/bootup
for list of pre-installed apps.
