Android Doze Buggy? (Android 6.0.1, Galaxy S6)

Hi guys,

I recently got the Android 6.0.1 update on my Galaxy S6 (64GB Verizon variant). I love Android Doze, but it seems like sometimes it glitches out and gets stuck on for a while. I'll start using my phone and I don't get notifications again until like an hour later. When I do, I get a big spam of them all at once. This all started after the update. I've been wondering - does anyone else experience this problem? Is it just with the S6?
