Welcome to Android Central forums. I'm wondering if you're not getting a response because like me we're struggling to see what you are seeing.
Are you saying that on your old device the page displayed like the first two all of the time but now when you login it only displays like the last one? It may be a translation thing, forgive me, but when you say "collections" do you mean "favorites" or "bookmarks"? Is this Chrome?
I don't understand how it is floating. Could you perhaps show us a screenshot from your old device for comparison?
It's Edge browser, when i loged out, it's floating like video in link below.
I also noice that this happened to Edge in pc too. In pc before, the "Collections" function has a icon option "Pin" to make collections keep open like a pop-up that stick on sceen, but now the become a sidebar tablike a page, no longer a sticked pop-up anymore.
In android, now "Collections" more like a page just like the "downloaded", "favorite" or "bookmark" page, i no long can open "Collections" and surf web at the same time.
Now open the collections so hide the web, or close the collections to view the web, i no longer can just minimize it into a bottom sticky button.
