Question Android Email client that can manage spam filtering from device?

Hi All. I have the free mail app Blue Mail. It's 'fine' but not fine in that it takes 10-15 seconds for an email to open after clicking on it. I'm looking for a new app to use that isn't laggy and can also allow me to manage rules for my outlook.com personal email account on the device. Blue Mail wouldn't let me do that because rules are created on the Outlook.com website. Maybe there is an app I can do that ond evice?

I looked up apps but didn't really see any that stand out or could create or modify mailbox rules. I do have the Outlook mail app, but that is for my job work email. I tried to have both accounts in that app and it was messy and unusable.

Any suggestions? I don't mind paying one time fee to get something that's good/works.

I can't remember using local rules, so not sure if it supports it, but I've used Spark before and it was a great alternative. Unfortunately my company started blocking third party e-mail apps so now I'm stuck with the Outlook one
