android Epad

I have a android powered Epad, one day i tried to boot it during a power outage for some music and games to pass time but it wouldn't boot past a screen. it boots up and says Epad then the linux(?) penguin dude and flashed the ANDROID_ but stays on that screen... can anyone help me with this? ive emailed the place that i bought it from but no reply from them, kinda frustrated about it :/ ive read other sites but they say the same thing try to hold the reset pin hole but that doesn't work it keeps doing the same thing, i have also tried removing the sd card but that dont seem to change, it dose the same thing. if anyone can help me thanks if not thats fine it was only $100 buck XD

anyone having this issue?!?!!?! i would like to know if i can fix this without flashing it again from what ive read thats what should fix it but i have no idea how to flash anything android
