Android: how can I use simultaneously mic and speakers with two different app?

I'm trying to use on my phone the microphone , with a speech to text app, and speakers with a radio app. Of course one excludes the other. Is there a way to work it out?

Probably not. Audio goes through "channels" - in this case the media channel. And only 1 app can control a channel at a time, unless it's specifically written to share it. (Listening to music in the car, when Maps gives a turn instruction, the radio cuts out during the instruction.)
