android logo rotates on my tab screen

plzz help me guyzz. i have a problem eith my tab. itz a chinese tab so no brand name. when i switch on the tab android logo comes n rotates like an alien. plzz tell me wat shud i do

try and find out what tablet you have, find out how to get into recovery and do a factory reset from that menu. We cannot be much help without more info
