Yep, pretty easy edit to the build prop to enable it, but it's very broken. Sounds like this is going to be a thing though.

Yup, sounds awesome and it'll be great and beneficial to have on the Nexus 6 and the Nexus tablets. Hopefully it gets implemented. Stock compared to many OEMs skins. At least its getting there. A theme engine would also be great.
