This morning I had an update to Marshmallow. I updated some apps out rebooted and now it shows no update. Still on 5.1.1. Any ideas..

Did the update say it was for M? You could try flashing the newest version manually as well. There is a toolkit on XDA called Wugfresh that helps you flash ROMs.

It said Marshmellow. Had that happen on other services. It will show back up.

Try updating all your apps thru the Play Store. I hold off on some if the update has bad reviews and I think that held up my 5.6 update. I got the notice last night but the 5.6 download would not start. After a bunch of apps updated overnight and some more this AM, suddenly the 5.6 download started and I was able to install. Noticeably faster and smoother.
