android market problems!!

So i just got my D2 today and i notice that i cant download any apps from the market. apps dont even get to the downloading process.. anyone else experiencing this kind of issues??

but i just got it today.. i replaced it for my incredible.. and my old phone was working fine

I've had sporadic problems on and off for the past 2 days or so now. Hopefully it'll clean itself up relatively soon. I know Google was supposedly doing Maintenance on Android Market...

yeah, the market is having troubles. its not likely the Droid 2 you just picked up.
