I have had a work cell phone for about seven years now but it is anything but a "smart phone". For my birthday this past August I bought two presents from me to me, a Google Nexus unlocked GSM phone and a Samsung unlocked international version Tab 7.7. I am happy with both. The Nexus phone and the apps available have moved me into the 21st century. On a week of vacation, Sept 30 through Oct 7th, I fished on Lake Erie for six of those nine days. When fishing with friends and using the $10 Navionics app, I knew right where we were at all times and used my markers as guidelines the day of the walleye tournament. My son, a friend, and I did well in this 80 boat tourney, coming in 10th and won $400. I quickly added mobile banking apps for my two checking accounts. I carry pictures in my pocket now of my newest grandson, born Oct. 11th.
