Android newbie here

Hi all, I finally retired the greatest Web"os" operating system phone the planet will ever know. I would like to know know how to get my new phone to work more like my old one... (just kidding... Almost). No really, after much reaserch I bought a Nexus S 4G. Really like the phone, just need to get used to it. My old phone seemed more intuitive, but I'm sure this one will grow on me.
