Android newbie needing help with S3 LTE full battery notification

Hi guys. I was a former iOS sheep and have now migrated to Android and thus far, loving it!

I have a problem, though. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE running 4.1.1 and whenever it is charging overnight, I get woken up constantly by the Battery Full notification.
I don't want to put the phone on silent in case someone wants to call me and I can't find any kind of toggle anywhere in the menus.

I've tried looking online, but no one seems to know how to switch it off.

Anybody have any ideas?

On my X2, if you go to Settings >> Sounds, there is a check box for Battery Full Notification. I don't see anything like this on my Prime, but, I would assume it's there somewhere.
