Hello, All

I am an old-time computer user and some-time hack, but brand new Android user.

Of course, I already have a problem - I bought my daughter an iMito AM 801 2.3 Android tablet (8 in,) - 2 days later, it will no longer power on, and pushing the reset button does nothing.

Any ideas? - I saw something about re-flashing the ROM, but have no idea how/where to get the new OS, or how to load it (via USB?).

Appreciate any help!

Welcome to Android Central.I would say to try pulling the battery and seeing if that helps. But you may need to return it.

Just long-press power to turn off and then turn on again to do a soft reboot then.

Can you return it?
