It seems, Google is trying to achieve their own intent, and deceive the vendors/users and of course designers. They will try push to us down and that takes control and contempt for unique form.
The new icon structure takes and kills our freedom of design. Just think, If I use border/stroke for an app icon and that is the main identity of the app, how do we set with adaptive icons? If we set, then we lost our identity?
