Android Os consuming 33% of battery

i'm pretty sure this is not normal but i have no idea what to do with this. so if anyone have an idea that could help me bring android os down to its normal power consuming range e.g. 10-15% i'd really appreciate it.

the % is not % of battery but a % of usage. if you use little/NO apps during X period of time - of course a large % of usage will be the OS and display.

thank you for the correction, just a follow up Q, would it be normal that the OS consumes more usage than the screen itself? sorry i'm not knowledgeable about this things.

sure. anything can happen depending on usage.

If you didn't touch your phone for the entire 17 hours, you would see more % of usage by services OTHER than the screen. As others here have posted, that % you see is a ratio of services used against the total.
