Android pay not compatible with Oreo?

Has anyone been able to use Android pay since updating to Oreo? I've tried it on 4 separate occasions and got the same message attached. My phone is not rooted and on the September build.

Android Pay is working fine on my 6p running Oreo. Just used it earlier this evening.

Works fine on my Pixel XL. Sorry you're having a glitch with it, and I have no idea what to do about it.
