Android Pay Not Working

So, have had my V10 for about 2 months now. Installed Android Pay, added a card and have been trying to use it at various places. I've gotten it to work about twice (once at Best Buy and once at BJs). Since the time I got it to work at BJ's, I've not gotten it to work there again. I unlock the phone, hold it to the CC receiver, and nothing happens. Tried opening the app and still nothing happens.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

It is on. As I mentioned, it's worked 2 times before.

Have the same problem. Worked once at Whole Foods, never worked again. NFC is on and phone unlocked. Oddly the savings cards I have set up in AP always pop up when I walk into any Walgreens or Kroger, but I can't ever get the actual transaction to happen.

This is exactly what I've been finding online searching on this problem. Most people seem to have no problem but many of us are having problems but nobody knows why or how to fix it.

Frustrating to be sure.

Not sure what this link is telling me. My V10 has worked in the past where it's now not working. This link says there is a certain type of tag that some of the newer phones don't support. The V10 wasn't on the list of devices that don't support these tags (the way I read it). But not sure if that is even the problem some of us are experiencing.
