Is it possible to use Android pay with unlimited Nexus 6? Another and many times in the past but basically doesn't work with an unlocked bootloader? They are not super user doesn't let it work. That's the only reason why I would really really lock my bootloader down again . That goes through the hassle of wiping my phone redownload everything and resetting everything back up again just for that application. Thank you for the help.

Bootloader being locked/unlocked will not cause any issues for using Android Pay. If you are rooted (or have a custom ROM), you may have issues.

So basically I have to unroot my phone...

If you are rooted, yes, you'll likely have to unroot (though you can leave the bootloader unlocked). There may be ways of getting it to work while rooted - check xda.

How to check XDA and they said that there was a workaround if you had a rooted phone with Android pay but it was a temporary work around then it didn't work permanently.

yeah - that's why I said "may be ways of getting it to work while rooted" :)
You can follow [UNOFFICIAL][v85.2][3 June] Systemless Xposed for OTA and Android Pay - not the ideal solution, but the next best thing (I have not tried this)

I want root more than android pay, so I just gave up on Android pay while rooted.

Thanks. See for me, I I'm not using any of the features or apps I would give it up for Android pay.
