Android Power Widget GPS Issue

I am having a problem with my Android power widget. It's the same one as the Droid power widget not the HTC power widget. I prefer this one because I am used to it and it has all the key things I might turn on and off.

Anyway I turned.off the gps with the widget. Later I tried to turn it back on the same way. A message box opened warning me my location could be used by all standalone services. I clicked ok....widget never turned.green. I checked phone settings and gps is on but widget doesn't turn green. I had to move it to the trash then put a.new.one on the screen to get gps to show on on the widget?
Anyone else run into this? I hate to switch to the HTC widget.

I've had the same problem, it sometimes decides to light up when I have GPS on, but not often - even if I use the power widget to turn it on.

That's too bad. I always liked this widget. I need a 4G LTE Droid.
