Android.process.media Has Stopped Unexpectedly

Last week I was on a website that had flash video. I expanded the video to full screen in the stock browser and it the browser pretty much crashed. But it didn't really crash as I could not either swipe it off the recent apps screen or restart it. I had to restart the Prime.

Now I am frequently seeing a box popup all the time saying android.process.media has stopped. I had the CNN app widget on my home screen and that was constantly crashing since this problem started.

I am not sure if a file got corrupted when trying to play full screen in-browser flash video or if this has something to do with the latest firmware update because this never happened under the previous firmware. I am able to play YouTube in HD fine.

Any idea how to fix this? Am I going to have to do a hard reset? I am not rooted.

I did a hard reset, both from the "Settings" menu and using the volume- button and the on/off button to get into the "blue menu". Neither solved the problem. Wolder tell me that they have tried to reproduce the problem on many tablets but have not succeeded. Now they tell me that my theory that it is a problem of Android 4.1 could be correct and that they are in touch with Google who are trying to solve it. I have tried all the "solutions" I have found in Internet and not one has made the slightest difference. I hope it gets fixed soon as it is very annoying to get 9 minutes into a video and the whole thing aborts with this error message.
