Just got the notification for Android 10. Fido network - Toronto, On

I got the download this afternoon (9/3). Took about an hour including 4G download, install, reboot. I enabled dark mode, updated 10 apps (ha!) and rebooted again. Dark mode gave me a black boot screen, which will be great on those few reboots I do because I won't get a blinding white boot screen in a dark room

Running great in my OG pixel had no issues with beta either, still waiting on my Pixel 3 though

Installed 10 earlier today, and apart from a small glitch with recents that was fixed with a second restart, it's working perfectly. All of my settings are the same, all notifications are working properly, calls and texts are working perfectly... overall not a single issue. I'm actually a little shocked :O Honestly I fully expected to have to do a factory reset to get my phone working properly again. And dark mode has to be seen to be believed, it's amazing!!! The overall look of 10 is much more polished and stylish than 9.... easily the best looking Android os Google has ever put out. And there's some very nice features that have been added in as well, more than I can name here.

I'm running a first gen pixel, and the download and install was quicker than a monthly security update.... not sure why, because it's almost a gig in size. It only paused once, which it does for me every month when installing the monthly update. Just remember to restart twice.... three times if you want to be safe.... and everything should be absolutely fine ;-)

Been a common complaint with every new OS release with this phone.

After a few more restarts and some regular usage it'll get better. Mine has already gotten better after about 5 restarts and a day and a half of use. It's now better than 9 was. And 9 was good.

I'm having the same issue, even after having allowed for the phone to get used to the new system. Standby time has improved but just using the phone (just texts, calls, whats app) is now killing the battery. This is 5 days after a hard reset.
