Android recovery failure

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung galaxy A21s is stuck in the recovery menu and doesn't want to factory reset it say it failed to wipe the system every time an it also says #reboot recovery cause is unknown

Hold the power button for 30 seconds anything happens?
