Android Central Question

Hi, maybe this is a stupid question that has already been asked in his thousands but i am just stuck.

So this is the story. I got an older tablet that i want to factory reset because its locked with a password. Only it has no volume buttons or a home button to boot into recovery mode. I had found a trick to boot into recovery with adb via usb but i am greeted with a ''no command'' screen. I know to get the options shown you'll have to press the power button and volume up or down. But the case is that i havent got anymore buttons than only the power button. Can sombody help me with either a adb command or a physical way to get the option shown?

Sorry, but we can't help with bypassing any security measure. If it's locked with a password, you need the password. Thread closed.
