Android Studio, virtual app....... user UI is not responding.

[Android Central Question]

Whenever I try to 'run' an app on Android Studio, it takes time for the virtual device to appear. It shows up in the right form and all icons appear too but in the end, it says, "The UI is not responding". I uninstalled and installed the Android Studio many times and also ample space is available in my hard disk but the same problem persists. The virtual device can't run even the basic Hello World app.

Please help to resolve the issue.
