Android System Battery Use

Do you guys have high usages from your Android system and your Google play services?

I can't figure it out. There was one time where my battery lasted 1d 6h with 6 SOT, but about 20% used from these two systems. And, I have the small pixel 4.

How far down do you let the battery go before you charge it? (If you abuse it enough, you can totally kill it in a month.)

It died on me once I think. Other than that, I charge anywhere from 10-20%.

I don't really care about the battery health stuff. Never have and never really made my phones die quicker. I just use it and when I'm near a charger I charge it if need be.
