Android System Recovery Galaxy s5 help!

All of a sudden I have a screen that says Android system recovery at the top

Options to select are
reboot system
apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
reboot to bootloader
power down
view recovery logs
enable cp logging
disable cp logging

Is there any way please I can reset my phone without wiping it back to a factory reset?!

My daughter had my phone and was playing with the pattern lock like she always does and all of a sudden this happened. We took of the 'if the pattern is mistyped 5 times it will go to factory reset' so I don't understand why this happened this time

Re: Android System Recovery Galaxy s5 help!

Welcome to Android Central! Just select Reboot System Now. That doesn't erase anything.
