Carrier is irrelevant. Updates come from Google. FWIW I'm on VZW and got the November update just today.

I got the November one as soon as I put my vzw Sim in. Came from a Droid turbo. Doubt that last part is relevant but it wasn't a fresh sim. From upstate NY.

I got the security patch today, also have a Verizon SIM but it shouldn't matter.

I posted on a G+ post about the update, these monthly security updates should be no surprise to nexus owners. The question shouldn't be what the update is but how soon after it's released will we be blessed with it.
