Android System Web View

Does anyone else's Android System Web View look like this? Mine is disabled and can't be enabled. It doesn't show in my disabled apps bit is shhows as disabled in the Plat store...

Maybe Samsung disabled it.

I heard that in nougat that it's build into chrome now.

I have Chrome disabled and WebView shows version 58+, so it appears to matter whether you use Chrome itself.
