Android tablet 10.1 can't connect to WIFI/Internet after factory reset.
So here's my story: My tablet started acting up one day. Every application I tried to use, crashed. When I went on YouTube and tried to use the search bar, it crashed. When I tried to use Google Play Store to search for the youtube app, the Play Store crashed. Then I decided to do the factory reset on my device. After I did that, I couldn't connect to my home WIFI any more. I tried rebooting and reseting my router, but nothing worked. When I used advanced settings to connect to my home WIFI, it connected, but I couldn't use the internet or log into any google account (Basically I was connected to my WIFI, but had no internet connection). Now my tablet is pretty much useless without WIFI. Can anyone help me, or does anyone have any ideas?
