My internet service put in a new router for me yesterday and now my android tv box mxq pro keeps saying the password is incorrect what can I do

Welcome to Android Central! The password for your wi-fi, or the password to unlock the screen for the TV box?

If you're talking about the wi-fi password, did your ISP set up the wi-fi and not share the password with you? Did you already try forgetting the wi-fi network in the TV box and then trying to connect again?
