Android TV Box stuck on Android Logo

Recently every time I turn on the power to my Android TV box it is stuck on Android lettered Logo and it don't go to the main menu when it usually started up.

How to fix it back to normal again?

It's always hard to troubleshoot these boxes, since their documentation and support or usually minimal or nonexistent. Is there a way to do a factory reset?

I tried holding pin down on reset hole while plugin the power cable but this did not reset it.
It still doesn't go past Android flashing logo.

resetting the box you must have pin in hole held down with power off then with pin still held down plug it in wait 1 min should go.
