Android TV - Lock system for viewing only.

I would like to set up the android box for guest use in a way that they cant mess around with the settings:

Is there a way on Android TV (Mi Box S) to disable the play store, lock access to settings and lock modification of the home screen?

I know there is the restricted access option but this disables the voice commands and cast features.
