Android update 4/16/11

Has anyone else received notification of an update today. I am thinking it may just be me because because of what it wants to install and the fact that I had to downgrade back to the stock rom and kernel because of a problem I had installing CM7 rom a few days ago.
Basically it say this:

The software update includes the installation of V Cast Apps, Slacker, and many other improvements for you Droid Incredible by HTC.

The update file is 17.7mb

Now if it is because of me downgrading back to stock and I am still rooted, should I do this update then get rid of the bloatware it wants to install or would it screw up my phone somehow because I am rooted.

Thats what I figured. What should I do with it. Install or not Install. I do not want to have to keep Xing it out every time it pops up.

install it its just gonna add some bloat but i guess if you root and flash a rom again it'll be all gone

As long as you did not make any changes to your last stock install you should be ok to update.
