Android wallpapers?

Can anyone show me if this has been posted in another thread, or a method to do it? i want to essentially make or download a wallpaper for my Droid Razr, but i want to know if it can be scaled down so it fits the screen exactly without it scrolling when i scroll through the homescreens? I guess essentially what im looking for is a "static" wallpaper? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a great app to give each individual screen its own wallpaper..

It has 3 or 4 scaling methods so you should be able to get what you want. And it is Free.. I do have it on my phone..
