Don't rush, it's a buggy disgrace. Battery drain, apps misbehaving, frequent Bluetooth disconnections, new features don't show up or work. Do they not test this stuff? No smartwatch manufacturer skins therefore no fragmentation...what is the excuse for this?! I was mostly happy with my Zenwatch before this...:(

OK first time to update since the initial setup on my watch. The android wear app on the phone updated Friday to 1.0.5.1630507. But no update has been pushed to the watch yet. So my question is that the updated phone app does not mean the watch was getting the update, the watch is a separate update altogether?

Same thing with me. App updated but watch has not. I tried resetting and restarting my LG G Watch and it's still stuck on 1.0.1.1520385 and "system up to date".

Received the new update. Battery life is now horrible. 5 hours at best and print on notices is so light I can barely read the email/text. Bad release!

BTW, I also have a Moto 360 and battery life has not been so badly deflated.

I did live chat with Asus tech support about this 5.0.1 update at the following site: http://www.service.asus.com/#!b2c2/c24v6
I was told Asus would look into it and issue an upgrade. Not very reassuring. BTW, my Moto 360 is working fine with the new Android Wear upgrade.

We all need to bombard Asus with complaints so that this problem is fixed.

Update: all is good. I reinstalled the ZenWatch Manager and battery life is back to normal.
