Android Wear App** Face downloads not showing on up on list

Can someone assist.

If I try to download a face through Android Wear App, it does not show up on the list of Faces. The face downloads on the phone, but when I go to Android Wear to choose the face it's not there on the list. Now if I download the face on my MOTO 360 or HUAWEI watches, then the face appears on the phone to choose. I'm using Android Wear 2.0. I find this very odd. I have tried multiple things of resetting watches and uninstalling Android Wear and same thing happens. Anyone come across this? I hope I do have to factory reset my phone. Any can help is greatly appreciated.

I have a 2nd gen Moto 360 with S7 Edge.
What i noticed is i have to press and hold on my watch to change watch faces, then i get the ones installed on my phone to select on the watch its self.
Once i have added the watch face on the watch, i can then use android wear to customize the particular face / app.
Its backwards from the way android wear 1.x used to be.

You need to go into the PlayStore app on your watch and scroll down to 'Apps on your phone', scroll and find whatever watchface/app you downloaded on your phone onto your watch also. It's a pain and double the work but I found that's what I had to do since upgrading to 2.0
