Why does this app suck so much?!
i.e. On portrait mode, your only options are pause and play, wtf?! Why do I need to go landscape mode to go back to a specific part of a video or start the video over???
The latest update made it worse. Now if you turn off your screen or if the screen dims, it'll automatically pause!
I use youtube a lot to listen to lectures, debates, radio shows, and other things that only require audio. Now I have to leave the screen on and drain my battery.
I seriously miss the youtube app on my jailbroken iphone, where it let me play the audio in the background while multitasking! I was really looking forward to "real multitasking" when I switched to android, only to find out that, multitasking in a jailbroken iphone, and maybe even stock iphone is WAY better.
Can someone pleeeeeeaaaassseeeeeee tweak the youtube app!
