Animation scales update

Looks to me the animation scales has been updated cause now it it has a different animation that's noticeable on January patch update. Anyone else noticed it?

It is, just saw it on the Note 9 too, I didn't notice it before, I always reduced animation in developer options

That's been there since Note9, talking about the regular animation scales in developer options. 5, .5 , .5 they animated different before January patch.

There are 2 actually. The other is in accessibility, visibility enhancements then Remove Animations.

I haven't gotten the January patch yet but now I'll definitely pay attention to the animation once I get it, hopefully it can be changed for people who don't like it

Has anyone else noticed boot up time is snappier since the Jan Security patch?

I'm just after noticing that all 3 scale settings in developer mode is 1.0 so I either never set them to 0.5 like I normally do or they got reset with the Android 10 update, just left them at 1.0
