Announcement in Korean?

I visited Samsung Apps today and found a new announcement. I'm guessing that it is in Korean. I'm in the US on AT&T. I opened it and the entire thing is Korean.

Pretty sure it's an error on their behalf (broadcasting the announcement for the Korean store to all stores), but nonetheless kinda funny.

Anyway, gave me an excuse to use the hover translation feature of the S-Pen!

In summary, Korean purchases will get Samsung Rewards points for paid apps in Galaxy Apps.
