Annoying Ads At ALL Hours!

I have a Moto E4. It's driving me nuts with ads constantly playing at all freaking hours!!! Nothing shows on screen, just sound! I have tried everything! Nothing works! I have deleted apps, cleared caches, deleted files. Nothing helps! Please, someone help! I'm going crazy here! This mostly happens during the middle of the night and I'm not sleeping at all.
