I have a Samsung s20. My question doesn't apply to any particular app or ads. My problem seems to happen when I perform an action. If I save a photo, I get a message saying the photo was saved to the sim card. If I Uninstall and app, I get a message saying the app was Uninstalled. I wouldn't mind these if I could delete the message, but once the message pops, it stays on screen for about a minute. The message blocks part of the screen and only goes away on it's own. I also get a message if I'm watching a video and expand it to full screen. I then cant see the video as the message blocks part of the screen for a minute or so. I attached a screenshot of a YouTube video I expanded to full screen ti show the message bubble. It is so annoying. HELP!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it a "toast" notification at the center bottom of the screen? I think there may be an Accessibility setting for that -- right @mustang7757?

Yeah can go to settings >general management >reset >reset accessibility
