Annoying issues with S6

I may just be a crazy person that doesn't appreciate change. But is there any way to have notifications show up in the notification bar on the lock screen?

For whatever reason my s6 edge will either show the silly tiles (which I don't like) and if I deactivate those it shows nothing I'm regards to notifications.

I also don't understand why Samsung will not let me delete emails from the notification drop down. I hate having to go into the email app to delete.

The email thing is not s6 specific but just seeing if anyone had a resolution to fix either annoyance.

Also, on Nova launcher I don't get email count notification on email icon. Weird..

Overall the s6 edge is a solid phone. The edge is useless as expected but aesthetically looks pretty cool. No regrets as of yet.

Did you download the Nova Launcher add on for the message count? TeslaUnread

I downloaded Tesla count and made sure Samsung mail was set as well as going it notification permissions. No dice.

As it turns out, the notification bar issue is not a Samsung thing but a lollipop thing. Why did Google think that the notification tiles on the lock screen would be better? Why not just give us the option?

I had to disable the lock screen and download a 3rd party lock screen to see notifications in the bar again.. Sigh..

Yeah, now that you have pointed it out I am starting to get annoyed by it. Thanks a lot!
