Can anyone help me to disable the annoying LED flash on incoming sms or mail

Most apps have an option in their notification settings that let you set the notification light functions. If you want it off globally so no app activates it, go into the sound and notification settings of the phone. There's an option to turn it off there

Forgot 3rd pic let's you turn off LED for Calls and Messages or let 3rd party apps not use it or even turn it off entirely
