Annoying network message when receiving calls???

This might be an amateur question, every time I receive a phone call a lil pop up shows up with a network message that shows the name of the account of the person calling and verbally announces "Verizon Wireless" then the phone goes on and rings. How do I get rid of this stupid announcement?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Sound>Select Touch Feedback & System, and uncheck Sound When Roaming. Solution was in this forum thread: community.verizonwireless.com/thread/807245
